History of the Site
The current owners of this lovely private house contacted SGPIT as they had been experiencing some unexplained happenings. They have heard strange sounds throughout the structure that they have not been able to explain, they also are convinced that they have seen a form that resembled the shape of a child as well as the vision of a tall man around the house.

Investigation Report
Fresh from their Christmas break, the team were eager to get back to their paranormal investigations. They arrived at this location at around 10.30pm. The team found that it was quite a cold night, and with the current owners not living in the property at the time, the house temperature was very low. They started by having a good walk around the structure and familiarized themselves with the layout.
The team then set about setting up their equipment and where fortunate to find that there was still power!!! They placed a Locked off camera up in the back bedroom, a motion camera in the front room and another in a room on the ground floor. They then went to the kitchen area to allow the house to settle so that they could then begin the investigation.
Whilst the team where in the kitchen Mary looked up and said that she had just seen an image of a man in the doorway of the front room. She said that he was wearing a tank top with bright colours and had dark hair, but then he just disapeared. The team decided to hold a seance in the room the Mary had seen the figure. Marlene, Sandra and Mary sat on the floor and started to ask out into the room and they soon noticed that there where little bright lights in one corner as well as a noise coming from upstairs.
Barry and Danny went up the stairs to investigate the noise and took a Camcorder whilst the others stayed behind and continued to ask into the room for the man to come forward. She had the feeling come over her that this persons name was Brian so the team tried calling out for Brian to come forward but this did not produce any response.
The team then regrouped and headed for the front bedroom. The men had nothing really to report from their investigation into the noise that had been heard from below. Whilst performing a seance, the team again noticed that there was more little lights in the room. Sandra then noticed an orange light moving along the floor but they were not sure what had caused it (they are hoping that this was captured on one of the video cameras). The team performed another seance in the back bedroom, but with nothing occurring and the members getting ever colder, they decided to bring the investigation to a close at around 3.30am.
Conclusion
The team went their first vigil of the year with quite high hopes as the location was unoccupied and also because of all the various happenings that had been described. They are confident that there is something going on within the structure, especially after the experience of the "man" figure that Mary watched.
They are hoping to find footage of the orange light that was spotted by Sandra, and maybe even what caused the noise upstairs. The team has found that one of the photos they had taken shows what they believe to be a moving orb.
