GLOUSTERSHIRE COLLEGE – September 2009

Investigation Report With A Difference....

On the 24th September SGPIT received an enquiry from Faye at the Cheltenham campus, asking if the team would like to go along and give a talk on the types of things they experience and have done as a paranormal team to a class that are currently studying paranormal activity. The team thought about the offer before giving a response as this was something that they had never done previously.

The team had very mixed feelings about the invitation as they where not sure what to expect, the sort of questions they would be asked, or the area's that the students would be focused on. It was decided that this would be a very different experience and a great way to promote the work they have been doing, so with a great deal of nerves, the team agreed and went back to school.

Upon arriving at the college, the team where met by Faye (the teacher of the course) and were then taken in to meet the group of around 15 students. Once the class had settled down, the team introduced themselves and in turn, told them why or what had got them interested in the paranormal. The team then went on to tell of their experiences and the various things they had done during their time in SGPIT.

The class then had their opportunity to ask the team a few questions. A popular question that seemed to get the class going was "Did they have any evidence of activity that they could show the class", the team had taken along a video that had been recorded at the Ram Inn, and this seemd to impress them. They also handed around a photo album of various sites they had visited.

Danny then got a few items of equipment out and encouraged the class to have a closer look and also experience the dowsing rods, or use the EMF meter. Once the class had settled back down, the team asked if any of them had any experiences with the paranormal and 3 of the class told of their own experiences.

After another round of questions, it was time for the class to end, and for the team to pack away and head back home. All in all, the team agreed that it had been a very well worth experience for the SGPIT and very enjoyable being given the opportunity to talk to others that have an interest in the same things.

***We would like to thank Faye and her class for inviting us along, and we hope the they enjoyed the presentation as much as we did, and that we answered what interesting things a paranormal team can experience***
